Data protection

Thus, the Vines, Biotechnologies and Environment Laboratory is likely to collect your personal data in particular when:

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), adopted in 2016 and implemented since May 25, 2018 in each member country of the European Union, reinforces the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended.

The LVBE is part of the University of Haute-Alsace, which has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). He is in charge of assisting UHA staff and students in complying with regulations on the protection of personal data: processing and free circulation of this data.
