Data collection

The staff and students of the Université de Haute-Alsace who collect personal data are responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations from the outset of a personal data processing project. To do so, they must demonstrate the compliance of the processing with French law and the European regulation.

The Data Protection Officer is contacted by all these people and together they draw up a declaration form to initiate the compliance process. These processes are recorded in the University’s data processing register, for which the President is responsible. The purpose of this register is to list the processing operations implemented in the context of administrative management as well as research and training.

The data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary and is processed exclusively for the purposes specified at the time of collection (in forms, online services, etc.). UHA guarantees the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data collected. It is kept only for the time necessary for its processing and is not transferred or transmitted to third parties, nor used for unintended purposes. The University of Haute-Alsace does not sell any contact files.

The information collected (contact details, e-mail address) in the context of the forms and mailing lists (contact forms in particular) on this site is only used to send specific information to which you have voluntarily subscribed. You can exercise your rights at any time.
