This study is conducted by comparing healthy tissue with tissue infected by the pathogenic fungus <em>Neofusicoccum parvum<\/em>, which is implicated in these diseases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>These images were produced in collaboration with IRIMAS, Olivier Haeberle, and Bruno Colicchio, following their participation in <a href=\"https:\/\/imabio-cnrs.fr\/mifobio-2025\/\">Mifobio (a CNRS training program)<\/a> last October.<\/h3>\n<h3>On this occasion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvbe.uha.fr\/en\/team\/team-members\/perrin-celia\/\">Celia Perrin<\/a>\u2019s slides were used as analysis samples on the InnoQuant slide scanner (Innopsys), enabling the observation of a plant model that had never before been viewed on this equipment.
